Bo Khin Maung Gale (ဗိုလ္ခင္ေမာင္ကေလး ), born 12 October 1912, who served as Minister of Ministry of Home Affairs Burma.

His parents are U Po Hla and Daw Aye Mai, second eldest son among 10 brothers and sisters. He was former Army Captain of B.I.A (Burma Independence Army), B.N.A (Burma National Army). He met and married Daw Thein Nu. They had two sons and one daughter.

U Aung Zan Wai, U Pe Khin, Bo Hmu Aung, Sir Maung Gyi, Bo Khin Maung Galay, Dr. Sein Mya Maung, U Tin Tut, Myoma U Than Kywe were most important negotiators and leaders of the historical Panglong Conference negotiated with Burma national top leader General Aung San and other top leaders in 1947. All these leaders decided to join together to form the Union of Burma. Union day celebration is one of the greatest in the history of Burma. He died September 27, 1985 in Rangoon.
